 What Do I Do? After adding items into your shopping cart, simply click on the Check Out button and follow the Continue prompts until you reach the PayPal website. Please note that once you have checked out further items cannot be added to your transaction. Please Note: You don’t need to register with Paypal.com in order to complete the payment for your order via their service.

How Does PayPal Work? After you have checked out your items and signed up for a PayPal account, you will be taken to a transaction page. Here you will be able to review the details of your order, including the total purchase amount. You may pay for your purchase securely and instantly using funds from your PayPal account or you can send payment to PayPal via credit card (VISA, Discover & American Express), debit card, eCheck or bank transfer. Once payment is approved, PayPal will immediately notify us by email. Once your order is processed, we will ship your order to your door by the guaranteed 24-72 hour Registered Mail delivery service. .

 Who Are Escrow.com? Totally independent to Demantoid.us, Escrow.com are a third party payment company that protects you when buying online. We ship your purchase only when Escrow.com confirms payment and you get to inspect your purchase for 2-days before we get paid.

Is Escrow.com Free? The buyer is responsible for all Escrow.com fees on orders where the total product cost is under $500. Thaigem.com only pays the Escrow.com fee on successful transactions where the total product cost is over $500.

Are There Any Restrictions Using Escrow.com? There is a limit of 200 items per transaction when you are using Escrow.com.

 How Does Escrow.com Work? Escrow.com protects the buyer and seller with a simple, 5-step trust process:

      1.You agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of  your purchase, sale price and any shipping information.

       2.After you've paid either by Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer Escrow.com verifies the payment. As processing time varies depending on how you pay, remember to include your Escrow.com transaction number for fast processing when paying by Money Order or Check. If you wish to pay by Credit Card, please use Demantoid.us Direct Payment or PayPal.

       3.Once your order is processed, we will send your parcel by 24-72 hour Registered Mail to your doorstep.

       4.Once your purchase has arrived Escrow.com protects you by giving you an opportunity to inspect your purchase for 7-days before we get paid. During this period you must either accept or reject your purchase by accessing your transaction at Escrow.com.

       5.Escrow.com pays us and the transaction is complete.
